Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The site collects and processes personal data from its users for the following purposes:

Personal Data Collected

To achieve the purposes indicated above, the following personal data will be processed:

• Landline phone.
• Mobile phone.
• Email address.
• Credit card, debit card, and banking details to process payment for services.
• Data related to the products marketed that may reveal aspects concerning the data subject's health status.

The website www.buscamed.com uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate at all times to maintain the security of the data provided by the user, protect online transactions, and keep the user's information private, so you can be confident in the transmission of information on “the site”.

Limitation of Use and Disclosure

To limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, you may submit a written request in which you precisely indicate the limitations on use and disclosure you wish to implement, the name of the data subject, and, if applicable, the name of the legal representative, the contact method chosen to communicate the decision (email, certified mail, or in person at the controller's address), the company to which the request is directed, and the type of legal relationship you have with the company (client). The procedure for limiting the use and disclosure of personal data will follow the same process and timelines detailed in the following section.

Procedure to Exercise the Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition, and Revocation

You may exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and/or Opposition (collectively referred to as “ARCO Rights”), as well as revoke your consent. To do so, you must submit a request at the controller's address or via the contact methods specified above. In your request, you must indicate the name of the data subject, and if applicable, the name of the legal representative, the chosen contact method for receiving the resolution, the company to which the request is addressed, the type of right you wish to exercise with a detailed description, and the type of legal relationship you have with the company (client).

You must also present the original documents for verification of the data subject's official identification; if applicable, a power of attorney accrediting the representation, the representative's identification, and any documents supporting the requested data rectification.

Once your request is submitted, “BuscaMed” will issue a resolution within 20 business days, which will be communicated through the contact method you provided.

Once the resolution has been issued and if it is deemed favorable (in whole or in part), “BuscaMed” will implement it within 15 business days.

The timeframes indicated above may be extended once for an equal period if necessary, and you will be notified through the contact method you provided.

Exercising the ARCO Rights is free of charge; however, if you reiterate your request within a period of less than twelve months, the cost will be equivalent to three days of the current General Minimum Wage in the State of Chihuahua, plus Value Added Tax (VAT), unless there have been substantial modifications to this Privacy Notice that justify new ARCO Rights requests.

Any justified shipping costs and/or reproduction fees for copies or other formats will be borne by the data subject.

User Rights

If you consider that your right to the protection of your personal data has been infringed by any conduct or omission on our part, or you suspect any violation of the provisions set forth in the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and other applicable laws, you may file your complaint or report before the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno. Data Transfers

We inform you that your data may be transferred to third parties inside and outside the country under the following circumstances: (i) in order to store your personal data, it may be transferred to third parties other than the controller, who will act as data processors under the law; (ii) in order to comply with applicable tax laws, to tax authorities and electronic invoicing providers.

Any transfers carried out will always be consistent with the purpose of data processing and the legal nature of the relationship between you and the controller.

Data Collected When Browsing Our Site and Web Page

“BuscaMed” may collect data when you use our site and web page or through the use of automatic data-capture tools. These tools allow us to gather the information your browser sends to those websites, such as the browser type you use, your language setting, access times, the IP address of websites you used to access our sites, and your location.

Among the automatic data-capture tools used on our sites and web pages are third-party cookies, which are generated by external services or providers such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Google, etc., and store only technical information.

Revocation of Consent and Request for Deletion of Personal Data

You have the right not only to revoke your consent for the use of your personal data but also to request its deletion. At any time, the data subject may:

2. Request the deletion of your personal data so that it is no longer used.

To do so, you must submit a written request including the following information:

• Full name (first name(s) and last name(s)).
• Simple copy (both sides) of your official ID, or if submitted electronically, a scanned version of the same.

• Address or email for receiving notifications.
• Express indication of whether you are requesting revocation of consent, deletion of your personal data, or both.

Procedure to Request Deletion of Personal Data

1. Send an email to hola@buscamed.com with the subject “Request for Deletion of Personal Data”.
2. Include in the email the details listed above and specify that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data.
3. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your request.

Within a maximum of 20 business days from the date your request is received, you will be informed of the outcome. The response will be sent to the email address you provided or delivered by official notice to the address indicated for that purpose.

Exceptions

The controller is not obligated to delete personal data in cases provided by the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Protection of Minors and Persons Under Legal Interdiction or Incapacity

If you believe that personal data was provided by a minor or by a person under legal interdiction or incapacity, in violation of this Notice, please send an email to hola@buscamed.com so that we may proceed to delete such personal data as soon as possible.

Privacy on Social Media

“BuscaMed” may have a presence on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, X, Instagram, and others. Users who interact with “BuscaMed” on those platforms should be aware that each social network has its own privacy policies and terms of use, which govern the information shared and how it is processed. “BuscaMed” is not responsible for the handling of personal data that users share on social media, so it is recommended to review each platform's privacy policy before sharing information.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

“BuscaMed” reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, with the understanding that any modifications will be made known to you through visible announcements at our locations, on our billing portal, and on our website.

User Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Service

The User declares that they have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of buscamed.com, and gives their express consent by continuing to use “the site” for the collected data to be processed as indicated in this Privacy Notice. Additionally, the User agrees to: (i) comply with the laws applicable to the transmission of any data obtained under the Terms and Conditions; (ii) not use “the site” for illegal purposes; and (iii) not interfere with or disrupt networks connected to “the site”.
